Asking $800/month to share townhouse in North Toms River!
Looking for someone to move in sometime after November 15th or so and am asking for one months security deposit, refundable at end of your stay or used towards last months rent.

Looking for a roommate to share my townhouse with, which is a 2 bedroom located in North Toms River. About the actual house It has 2 levels with a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath on the bottom! Also a small deck/patio with table/chairs and a BBQ grill! On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry closet with washer/dryer. Your bedroom will actually be the larger of the two with 2 closets, ceiling fan, TV jack, 2 large windows with blinds, and painted and new carpet just last year. All you will really need to bring is your own furniture for the bedroom, along with your belongings and youll be right at home. You are welcome to use all my pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc in the kitchen, and the washer and dryer are for your use as well. All the common areas are for us to share kitchen, living room, dining room, deck, etc. Which is why I am advertising this as to share the place.
It is located close to Rt. 70, the Garden State Parkway, Rt. 195, good restaurants and shopping in Brick, Toms River, Howell, and Freehold Definitely a good location to go in any direction. The townhouse complex also has tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool, and community hall that you are welcome to use. It is also 15 minutes from Seaside and Pt Pleasant beaches, and 20 minutes from Belmar beach.
A little about me I am a 27 year old state corrections officer, so I am definitely not looking for anyone who does drugs and anything illegal obviously, but I am very laid back, easy to get along with. I am rarely home, hitting the gym in the morning, and then working from 2-10pm so would be great for someone with a normal schedule, as Id rarely run into you. I also have odd days off (Monday and Tuesday), so again youd have the place all to yourself during the weekends. I am a non-smoker and rarely drink. When I am actually home, I am fairly quiet hanging out on the computer, watching TV or working in the garage on my motorcycle or Corvette.
I am looking for someone who is mature, has a job, and is obviously responsible, moral, and ethical. Sorry, but no smokers! I dont mind social drinking though. Also dont mind you having friends or family over, just not looking for someone partying it up every weekend all night. I keep the place clean and organized most of the time, but am definitely not a neat freak; and would be cool to have someone similar or basically just not a slob. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and some dogs, so no pets that cause allergies, Sorry.

There are pictures of the actual bedroom, but that is with all my current roommates stuff in there, it will be completely empty with the bare blue walls, navy blue carpet, and blinds staying. Hell be moving out on the 15th, but said he wouldnt mind showing anyone the room while he’s still living there, or I can show it empty after the 15th of November.
