And our 3rd 1 bedroom floor plan; 1 bedroom, 1 bath with with a fireplace and a den (or office) included. This floor plan has it’s own laundry room and space for a full size washer and dryer also the bathroom is hugh and has a stand up separate shower besides a bathtub and has 1,120 sq. feet - $819.00’s. Right now our prices are as follows for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a fireplace and washer/dryer connections which is 1,101 sq. feet is $852.00’s a month. 3 bedroom, 2 bath with with a fireplace included. This floor plan has it’s own laundry room and space for a full size washer and dryer and has 1,289 sq. feet - for only $938.00’s, all patio’s or balcony’s on all floor plans have a storage unit on with it.

Currently on a 14 month lease you can get a discount of $40.00’s a month off your rent once approved. If you lease by the 22nd you will recieve an addional 1/2 month off also.

We do have a 24 hour fitness center and a laundry facility for your convienance. We are right down the street from Percy Priest Lake and Nashville Shores. We are down the street From I65 interstate, just minutes from Nashville Airport and not far from the Nashville Zoo.
