We are currently looking for a transitional rental. Rent per month must be in the range of $600.00-950.00.

We are looking for a single family home or townhome as a yearly rental with the following:

*Located in N. Wildwood, Wildwood, or Wildwood Crest

*At least 2 bedrooms

*Must be pet friendly (2 dogs, 1 cat)

*Furnished–including kitchen appliances

*Washer/Dryer in unit/ home

*Central Heat and A/C

*Off street parking/ garage

*Fenced yard

*Available for at least 1 year

Please note: We have been renting for the past 3 years with the same property manager and our current landlord can verify our rental history.
