Hi!

I am looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible roommate, preferable a young working woman like myself-NO GUYS PLEASE. I am a Christian, I don’t smoke or do drugs, not a party girl. I do drink occasionally. I would like to live someone with similar beliefs and morals.

The apartment is located in a very cute and safe neighborhood off of old hickory very close to the Target and all several grocery stores. Very close to 65.

It is a basement apartment which means there are few windows. But this place is a quite a gem if you are on a budget! The place is pretty much fully furnished expect for the room that is for rent (may be able to help you with that) The square-footage is appox 1400 sq ft. The living-room is spacious and the bedroom has a large walk in closet. The rent includes all utilities including wireless internet and cable TV. It’s a two bed room one bath, dinning room, living room and kitchen. Washer and drier is shared with the lady upstairs.

I would need the roommate to sign at the very lease a six month lease. Also be okay with my cat who is old and very sweet and declawed. I assure you the place never smells like a cat! I am clean person! There is a refundable $215 deposit. I may ask for references if you don’t have a myspace or facebook. Would need to move in no later than Dec. 1st. but could move in before. Your half of the rent is $430 a month.
