Real Estate Point

I am looking for someone to take my Master Bedroom and Bathroom suite for anywhere from 3 months up to 9 months-whatever you’d like. I’m flexible…so we could do 6 months and month to month after that for example. I want to go to L.A. for a while. I will leave as soon as I find the right female to enjoy this amazing place! It is a 3 story townhome. One girl rents the basement and so you would share the top 2 floors with one other girl. All utilities included. Wireless Internet and Cable TV. Furniture stays. Huge walk in closet. Study with desk. Vaulted ceilings. No pets. No parties. No Smoking.

Once you see it you might ask me to stay in L.A. for good! I might be convinced to do just that in the future, so if you want something temporary with a chance for permanence…sounds good to me.
