this is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (the other 2 bedrooms are rented)
i have a large Master Bedroom with a King size bed
funds are extremely low so i’ve decided to post this ad
i am a very DISCREET gay male but this is non sexual so Str8, Gay, Male or Female is okay
as long as you do not snore or smoke we will get along just fine
The only difference between THIS and a college or military dorm is that we SHARE bed
rent is $400 per month ($120 per week) flat and includes:
pvt bathroom for you and i
king size bed to share
cable
internet
central air
closet share
full apt use
3 pools
fitness room
laundry rooms
tennis courts
i just moved in so the money i collect in rent goes towards buying furniture
if you are interested and ready to come see the place
i am only interested in meeting if you are ready to move in today, tonite or within the next few days EMAIL ME
