Real Estate Point

Seeking clean, responsible female roommate (preferably a grad student) to sublet a bedroom. My home was built in 2005 and is completely furnished (wood floors, 10+ ft ceilings, granite countertops, 2 car garage, airy and spacious with lots of windows!)

You would have the upstairs bedroom (connected to a loft), with a full bathroom, large walk-in closet, and linen closet. Rent due on 1st of the month, 1/2 utilities due on the 15th. No pets, no smoking please!
