My roommate and I are looking for someone cool to fill the 3rd room in an upstairs duplex that we just signed the lease for. Male or female - we’re open to anyone as long as we are a good match. Sorry, no smoking and no animals (fish are okay :))

Rent will be $383.33/month/person. The house is about 5-10 minutes away from Vanderbilt campus by bike (depending on where you need to go on campus), and even quicker by car.

The duplex has 3 bedrooms, and two full baths + a washer and dryer.

A little bit about us:

We are both females in our early 20s, both working. My roommate is finishing her degree at MTSU in the recording industry program, and I am working full time for a record label on music row.

Our lease begins July 15th, and we will all be moving in around the same time. Because of this - there are move-in fees. Alltogether, we each have to pay $540 (July pro-rated rent of $371, cleaning fee of $100, and security deposit of $1150 (one month’s rent) - all divided amongst 3 people.)
