Real Estate Point

SO MUCH TO WRITE:):) Yet, we will try and keep it short and to the point:)

Two wonderful, single, fabulous, responsible, fun, outgoing, and respectful ladies are looking for a fabulous third and/or fourth:) We are open to male or female or possible couple as long as you are fun, responsible, and gainfully employed!!:)

Logistics– We currently live together, 20 somethings, both employed full time, one is also a student part time, and like to go out and socialize with friends. We love good food, great martinis, fine wine, beer on a patio, and are close with are families. We like to have our house be a home and love to have fun. We don’t bring the party home with us and love to veg on the couch for some good shows or movies.

We are fun and get along with everyone!!:)

We are currently looking for LARGE, spacious homes in the above mentioned area. You will have your own space and more than likely your own bathroom….all depends on what we find in the next couple of weeks. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO BE ON THE LEASE. 30 days notice required if any future changes need to be made:)..

YOU MUST LOVE ANIMALS!!:) One of us has pets and the other LOVES them like their own:) (This includes cats and dogs). You must be gainfully employed and able to pass a background check (not a credit check as you dont have to worry about that). You must love to laugh and have somewhat of a life of your own yet, also wouldnt mind having 2 more great friends. :):)

Our goal MOVE-IN date is August 1st. We are viewing homes now and they are all Fab! We like the good life so we like to live in a nice home:)
